  Both plush toys arrived as shown, however the packaging could have been better as the mailer they were sent in was completely torn open when I received it. At least they were individual bags though so they didn’t get damaged in the snow even though they had partially fallen out of the mailer.

  Bought this for my nephew as a gift to watch the new movie. Unfortunately it came defective but the seller sent me a 2nd one for the inconvenience. So communication is superb and no hassle at all. The 2nd item is 100% functional and in great shape. I'm very pleased with this seller.
