  Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased 4 transfers and immediately noticed my wrong address was on there. I messaged straight away with my new address, they replied stating they received my message and it would all be sorted. A week passed and no delivery so I contacted them again to them receive a reply to say the item has been sent to my old address. I asked them to send more out to my new address and they refused. Totally incompetent.

  Send specific size and colour of the order neither matched ..All ill say is if you want neon colours this is not the place to buy them. Tried to message all you get is automated bollox
