    Sadly the the seller did not handle the packaging well. I bought a delicate dress in cream color to be shipped all the way from USA to Norway. The dress was packed directly in a plastic at without any wrapping as protection around it. When I received the dress it had some minor defects in the material. I sent the seller the picture and she said that they were not present at the moment of shipment. I have to take it to a tailor to get it fixed. No respond from seller when I asked for discount.

    Hi Sonia, I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the dress. I packed and shipped this with care in an eBay polymailer, suitable for shipment of your item and the 100s of others I've shipped similarly with success. I kindly responded to all your messages and you never produced evidence of flaws or issues that would warrant return/refunding or intervention by a tailor. As such, I did not issue any further discount as you noted.
