  The 3DS plates were new as described, and fit quite tight on the console, but not impossible to take off if you pry with some force, which I was expecting based on other reviews. The shipping was very prompt and was delivered pretty quickly. The packaging was simple but effective, with the plates in a plastic bag and tightly wrapped in bubble wrap. Thank you very much!
