    Seller promptly shipped merchanise within 24 hours after purchase. I had issues receiving item, beyond seller's control. USPS estimate for delivery kept getting delayed. Item arrived at my local facility, sat for 1 week, then was routed to an outside regional facility. When contacting USPS, they could not locate within their system. Item is still missing. Seller kept bi-weekly communication, and issued me refund in good faith, despite issues outside his control. Honest seller, rare in business.

    Exactly as pictured and described. Shipping was fast and arrived quickly. Packing was basic, but protected the boots well. Great value as these boots are still for sale at the $305 price. I'm pleased with this purchase and would buy from this seller again.

    Item exactly as described. Thank you for packing and shipping this secutely. Doesn't close all the way when filled but that is not the seller's fault - it's the manufacturer. I have others from when they first came out - no probs there so these must be a fluke. Thank you again for an easy transaction.
