  I received the item yesterday, in perfect quality "like-new" condition, as advertised. The box was tightly wrapped in shipping plastic, to protect it during shipping. It was very "professionally" wrapped. The shipping was VERY fast, & through UPS, vs USPS. I contacted Stephen with a question, to which I received a very prompt & polite reply. The item appeared better than online photos, & was an excellent value for the price. Stephen was great to do business with. Thanks Stephen! AAAAA+++ Seller

  I don't normally leave reviews but I feel this one is necessary! I was disappointed, originally. The package I received, was not what I ordered. The color was wrong. I reached out to the seller. They were very responsive, and quickly worked to solve the issue. They issued me a refund while they checked to see if they had the correct item in stock. They did, so they have reshipped the correct top. By far the BEST customer service that I've come across! *Pic attached is of what I received.*

  Item came exactly as described with the exact expiration date in the listing. The box was packed air tight, both protecting the coffee and avoiding unnecessary waste with too large a box.   Item was shipped securely and at a good price, packaging was good. Item was as described by the listing and the images. Usps did deliver in two sperate days, but the was probably Usps and not the seller.
