  Outstanding seller. I had not received my item which was despatched quickly enough, but was shown as out for delivery by the Royal mail. Seller was brilliant with communication, and sent another out . So first class service, and certainly not responsible for my item getting lost. Would definitely buy from this seller again.   The bow finally came. Keep in mind the tariffs, as it affects the shipping time. Not the sellers fault at all. Just keep in mind. Seller was very consistent & fast with answering questions & communicating until the package arrived. Bow is high quality and perfect. The neckband is elastic. Not cloth. So it’s tight. I missed that. Fiancé doesn’t mind much. I can alter it. It’s for our wedding and it’s super cute.
