  10/10 seller, i received the package a week ago but i wasn't home to open it until now. the packaging was extremely well done for a single book. i was not expecting the book to be this well protected . the condition of the product inside was really good with no damage from shipping and as described all thanks to the care of the seller. im very happy with this experience, even the little thank you note inside made me emotional. fast and very helpful replies to direct messages. i highly recommend.

  My experience with Ginza Books was very pleasant, representing Japanese small business owners very well. All items were exactly as described, and neatly packaged for shipping. Additionally, a kind personalized note was included with the books. Communication was good. The package was difficult to track outside of ebay, but that was a carrier issue with the Japan Post and USPS and is not reflective of my experience with this seller.   Once again, pleasantly surprised overall by the quality, condition and prices/deals i've received from Ginza! Everything arrived quickly after being shipped. Packaging was adequate and this time Fed-Ex didn't bang it around. (My 1st box was beat up a bit, but luckily the books weren't damaged). Seller is great to work with and responds promptly to concerns. I'll continue to buy from them in the future and highly suggest you get in on the deals as well! Peace.

  Took over a month to arrive BUT THAT BEING SAID, with amount of insanely well priced stuff this seller has to offer all that are described as they are while having the time to package them correctly? One of the top sellers I buy from. Get use to seeing this on my reviews for this seller, as I’m going to copy paste. Sorry, but I can’t really give a better opinion than what I’ve wrote. I know that is cheap of me, but I’ve got a lot of feedback to give.

  The communication with the seller was fantastic and helped a lot with everything! All the books arrived well packed and in perfect condition as described. The shipping took just a week from Japan to UK and it was included on the price!
