  I really like the mugs. Really packaged well and arrived in good time. Items were described as new, this was the case, but one of the mugs doesn’t sit flush on a flat surface. I contacted the buyer, who was very apologetic and provided a partial refund. Overall, with the refund, the value of the mugs was roughly similar to other sellers. Just a shame both mugs aren’t perfect.
