  This retailer was excellent in every respect. EBay product protection guarantee is not worth the paper it's printed on. EBay will deny any and all claims initially just like a low quality insurance company would do. After 15 years I made one claim for a refund because a different product never arrived, eBay never read my attempts to contact the seller and give them the right address 30 minutes after the order was placed. eBay defaulted my purchase to a very old address without even asking me

  Great experience and fast shipping. The description said there might be some monitor scratches, but when I received the laptop, it looks almost brand new. Also came with a one year warranty for added peace of mind. Would definitely buy from this seller again. Highly recommend!!
