  The product quality was better than expected. The shipping was fast but there was a confusion with USPS tracking website. However the price was excellent. The condition of the package was very secure and protected. All the treads were perfectly covered and it was clean and shiny.   The item was packed very well, it was new and in great condition and it arrived in a timely manner, however it didn't fit my engine, the seller acted very rapidly and fairly to refund my money, they were extremely courteous and were concerned at all times that I was satisfied, the problem wasn't their fault , it was that my motor needed an adapter plate to work with the recoil starter. I will definitely buy from this seller again.

  There was an issue with the cell. The instructions said it won’t work with software before v1.5 and mine is 1.41. Unfortunately, the seller left those details out of the listing. They were very easy to work with after delivery though and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Outstanding service. Thank you.
