Screens work perfectly and are as advertised. The seller was very polite and answered all the questions I asked when I contacted them. The system came with everything I needed to get started as well which helped a lot. Would definitely go with this seller again if I needed another system.

I thought this was a US model New 3DS but it's a Japanese model that has been region changed. Item was bought quickly with one remaining and the seller was messaged after purchase to inquire about the region. Seller messaged me back about the region within an hour and clarified. Cancellation request was accepted very soon after. Prompt seller if this is the model that you're looking for.

Got my $300 item in a padded soft envelope that was being manhandled and thrown around by the time I got it. When I pay this much money for an electronic, I do expect WAY better packaging than a quarter inch of bubbles. In a soft envelope. I was about to immediately send it back and ask for a refund but my son wanted it still. After nspecting the damages, it was little. Post office is very rough. Please don't ever ship like this again.
