  Faulty product which came from China. As it did not work when I received it I sent a video to the Seller as they requested and proving that it did not work. The Seller said to keep the faulty product (as it was not possible to send it back to China) and they offered a partial refund. I agreed to this but 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a credit from either the Seller or e-bay. They keep sending me the same emails over and over hoping that I will disappear. I am extremely disappointed
