    I needed a new Cmos battery for an older laptop and this seller had what I needed and for a price that was fair. The seller also was located in the U.S. which was something I wanted so that I would not have to wait too long. The cmos was wrapped well and shipped quickly to me. The cmos was installed and worked.     When USPS didn't deliver my order in a timely manner & I thought the shipment was lost, I contacted the seller. He immediately replied & shipped a replacement to me. This ended up being a duplicate since the original order finally arrived. The seller's communication skills were excellent & he made sure I was happy with my transaction even when it wasn't his fault that the order was delayed. Even though the entire process took twice as long as I expected the seller made it a five star experience.
