  Shipped quickly, package was a little ripped upping arrival. When I opened it, I sadly noticed a gouge in the left arm, and the incorrect left hand (not as described). However, when I requested a return (no returns), not only did the seller 1) immediately accept the return, they 2) offered to source the parts and send for free, 3) offered a free store credit as apology, and 4) offered a partial refund if I wanted to keep the item and source a new arm myself. Honestly, I’m completely satisfied!!

  Quality of postage was superb, figure arrived well packaged, seller posted package swiftly after ordering, item was correct. However some damages were not visible image shown for example torso crack and the seller provided incorrect brand for lightsaber hilt (was not legitimate Lego brand lightsaber hilt). To conclude good seller, would just prefer to see damages and other faults with product before purchasing.

  Seller was very responsive and item was as described so excellent on that side. Only issue was with the postage due to the item not being posted in the correct packaging which meant I had to pay more at the post office to receive the product unfortunately.

  This item was sent using an online service with Royal Mail and was correctly weighed and paid for, the cost was for a large letter over 100g which costs £1.90. So the charge you were given was unlawful on their part. We have raised this with Royal Mail b4 and they have stated that some Royal Mail sorting offices have the wrong information. It is frustrating knowing that we have used their online service and 99.9% of our magazine sales are delivered without incident.

  Ordered many figures from this store, very professionally run all items are exactly as described all that I received are in excellent condition. I think very reasonably priced and a quick postage refund! No complaints will certainly be purchasing again when required
