  This order was as described the box it arrived in was well packed. The original box for the castle item was as described in the pictures, a little worn and frayed, but the actual castle inside was well protected and the lighting and everything worked as described and shown in the pictures to my surprise it actually arrived earlier, and the seller was very responsive to my purchase

  Pyrex Bowl arrived packaged securely. Due USPS errors, the bowl was sent to another town which greatly delayed its arrival. When seller was informed, they were immediately engaged with me and USPS and stayed in contact throughout the ordeal. I am very impressed with this sellers concern and work on my behalf. The bowl is beautiful, completes our set, and we could not be happier!
