  The box was damaged upon arrival. The toy had a human hair on it and was clearly used. It was also missing important parts, including the ears and wings. I contacted the seller right away. At first, the seller only offered me half of my money back, which was not acceptable since the toy was incomplete and not new. Then the seller claimed they would send me a full refund, but I never received anything. I waited many weeks and no refund ever came. Very dishonest experience—item was not as describe

  Item is as described. Shipped fast. However, seller decided to contact me the day after it was delivered stating that it was delivered a while ago and wanted their positive feedback. Not how that works so for theor arrogance and lying, I am leaving neutral feedback. Maybe they'll learn to follow policy and not solicit and be a better seller.

  Good seller.. The “item delivered” message you receive may be earlier than when the item actually shows up… Great communication. My purchase was an eBay-Amazon item so the delivered date may have been due to internal communications. I am a satisfied buyer. 🥸👍
