    I'm not sure if it was listed as an open box, but it did have a flaw. The seller made it right immediately with an apology. His follow-through was prompt and communication kind, appropriate, and responsive. I would buy from him again in a second! Thanks, George!

    The condition and appearance was new, in the original manufacturer's box. Seller mentioned parts that were missing, and I did not mind, as I had the missing parts needed. Seller was honest and shipping was fast. Thank you
