  This Dell 5560 workstation is an absolute beast! The image on eBay didn’t do it justice—it looks like it’s never been used and is even cleaner than described. It’s spotless, with no marks, and works perfectly. The seller was excellent—quick with communication, and the packaging and delivery were spot on. This was a valuable buy for me, and I highly recommend this seller!

  Truly excellent! Will buy from here again! Great prices and value. I ordered the laptop and it was sent really well protected and packaged. It arrived so quickly as I ordered it on the 31st and got it on the 2nd! . The laptop was exactly as described ..unopened brand new and I went on to the Lenovo site and registered and extended the warranty etc so there was no issues at all everything was perfect! I am now currently setting it up and installing updates. A true platinum star ebayer .

  The Pro7 plus looked as new. Well packaged and delivered on time. Comparing costs with other suppliers, excellent value. Good communication stood out. A fault developed which Microsoft could not fix spending a long time testing. Not obvious until after a few days. Replacement was unquestioned, collected within a day or two and an equally good example (no fault developed) arrived two days later. Amongst the best customer support I have come across. Highly recommended to deal with.

  This was my first time buying a second hand laptop so I was quite apprehensive. The seller communicated well and accommodated a discount for me. The laptop arrived well packaged in bubble wrap and the original box. I am very pleased with my purchase, the price was reasonable and the laptop is pristine as described. I trusted this seller because I saw they specialised in high end laptops and the photos taken on the sofa (although informal) displayed a consistency of care for each laptop. 5 stars!

  My second time buying a high end laptop from these guys and very happy with the experience. Laptop came quickly, was packed incredibly well to survive the rigours of couriers, and was exactly as described.
