      fast shipping, however UPS did not deliver to my front door, instead it was left several feet away in plain view and reach of anyone passing by. Great packaging, item was as described, great value for the money.

      Item was shipped with no packing material and subsequently was damaged in shipping. However, seller was very quick to issue a prepaid return label and quick and easy refund. I recommend this seller. Would do future business but hoping for better care in packaging. 👌

      The Parts Department is second to none. Communication is spot on, no games, no hassle, no BS, and more important, no bait and and switch like the last vendor tried to do. The part was OEM as it was described and had all the Ford markings to prove it. The item was packaged properly and arrived in perfect condition. There's a saying, "you get what you pay for," with that being said TPD is my source for all my Ford OEM parts. I highly recommend TPD for all your Ford needs. I rate them A++++...

      Item received was in good quality. The picture posted on the listing for this item was for right side, but the item received was actually for the left side. I trusted the posted pictures over the description and was proven wrong. I still give this seller high marks, because of how well they handled the return of this item. Perfect condition, even though it was an opened item. Best value compared to others. Appearance was as good as oem part being replaced.

      This item arrived exactly as described and was shipped quickly. It took a while to arrive but this wasn't the sellers fault, it was on USPS. The only thing I wish would have been different is that the tubing would hav been put in a small box due to USPS shoving the bag in my mailbox along with other mail but the part arrived undamaged luckily and I'm very pleased with my purchase. I will be purchasing from this seller again. Thank you The Parts Department
