    Great communication from the seller. The shoe wasnt available and he immediately offered or a refund or other models. My wife opted for another model and the shipping was super fast.

    Seller did not send the same color boots that were advertised. They took forever to get back to me when I reached out and still never offered to fix the problem. Didn’t take blame that they sent the wrong ones. I asked for them to exchange them for the right color and they never answered me back. All they did was offer for me to return the boots. Terrible seller!

    So the fact that we offered you to return the boots for a full refund is not a solution ? Then you should not be even making purchases online. Terrible buyer !!

    I did get what I ordered and the proper color and size. But, seller did not ship until 15 days after I ordered. And, then I had to ask eBay to intervene and had messaged this seller two times. I give credit to eBay rather than the seller because eBay had to intervene before I saw any action. I will still use eBay but I probably won’t go back to this seller.
