  The item was packed well and arrived in the condition that it appeared in the listing photo. The vendor listed "new" but I could see in the photo the corner of the manufacturers package was damaged, a collector wouldn't be happy but for my purposes it's fine, the actual item is in great shape and was priced accordingly.

  I bought stealth Leonardo ninja turtle. I received a box with news paper for packing and item’s slip and that’s it, no ninja turtle. Contacted seller, insisted item was sent in the that box, suggested I take the box and have it weighed at post office? I had to ask eBay to step in for a full refund. Mistakes happen, but it’s unfortunate when you get no support from the seller forcing the buyer to ask eBay to help. If all sellers were like this one, there would be no eBay.

  Seller did not pay postage. USPS knocked at door stated I had to pay $4.53 even though the seller had FREE SHIPPING on it. The item I purchased was $9.00....Contacted seller and sent him a photo of the USPS receipt. Receipt from USPS shows i had to pay $4.53 in postage. No response after. I understand the bad ratings now. DO NOT purchase from this seller.

  Purchased this item on May 25th - Payment immediately went through. Figured since it was a Sunday, it’d take some time to process a pre-shipment and have it sent out. Despite the negative reviews, I always want to give a seller benefit of the doubt. Not even 24hrs later, the same item was relisted for $24.99 instead of the $16.99 i paid. Nearly a week went by before any type of pre-ship was created. Reached out multiple times just for them to randomly reissue a refund. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER.

  Seller sent tracking info then didn’t ship for > week then ended up being completely the wrong Lego. I ordered a retired Lego, they sent the current one in stores. When I mssgd that I received the wrong item they sent long abusive unhinged mssgs that I’m scamming them, I’m a fraud and they never make any mistakes. Then left me a negative feedback that I’m a loser trying to get stuff for free?! After I sent it back, they opened a case for me not to get a refund. Avoid this seller!
