  As promised, the Bunn coffee carafe was like new. It was well packed in the original box, within another box with packing material (foam peanuts). The price was less than other offers, and it included free shipping! Very happy with the carafe and with this seller.

  Figurine received was not the correct size (4.5 in vs 7 in), nor in its original packaging, as described. Although the box was original, the Styrofoam mold was not. It appeared to be hand carved and was undersized. Newpaper was stuffed inside original box to fill a one-inch gap on the side. Seller said size description was a mistake, offering a free return. Instead, I accepted a subsequent $10 refund offer, although dissatisfied with the packaging. I would give the seller another chance.

  The item was shipped very quickly, it was packaged with care (very well done), the item came exactly as described and as was shown in the pictures, value wise I'm glad to have spent the money on this item (saw a pic of myself recieving the game for Christmas when I was a kid, wanted to hunt it down and show my kids, since they're in the I love Scooby-Doo phase of their lives.) Finally, wanted to offer my thanks to the seller because of you will be able to show my kids the game.

  This lamp is gorgeous. Shipping was extremely fast. I was quite surprised how well it was packaged! I never saw so much packaging in a box. I highly recommend this seller. I cannot say enough, how exquisite this lamp is. The description was on point!

  The cups were beautiful! Although there was an issue with one item during shipping, the seller took care of it immediately! The seller provided EXCELLENT communication. Shipped the items right away and was reasonably and competitively priced. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again!
