  I apologize for leaving feedback so late, but I just got around to opening the package and was so wonderfully surprised by how well everything was wrapped and protected, labeled, and even came in a sturdy plastic case! So impressed! And my order even came with a few extra stones as a gift and they’re wonderful, thank you! Also all the stones I ordered are just as pictured and even more beautiful in person.   All of these stones I purchased from this seller are excellent. I really appreciated the identifying, corresponding labeling as well.   Second purchase from this seller and again excellent quality, size, colour and quantity all as listed. Very pleased with the mix of sizes. Value for money and arrived in excellent condition with no breakages as they were packaged really well. Arrived really fast and with this level of service I will be using them as my main supplier for my wire weaving classes. Many thanks yet again.

  Although no fault of yours, this stone arrived busted in several pieces ! I am sure it was done by the USPS. I am not faulting you by any means, I will take the loss on it. It was a beautiful stone, and it was very well wrapped. I don't understand how the it was crushed like it was. I just wanted you to know what happened to it, and see it in those two pictures.
