  Item was lost in the US for 10 days. Seller checked and gave me daily updates after I let them know I had an issue. They showed great interest and willingness to help.   The stone arrived in good condition. In the photos it was more red. In reality it is a little faded. The wooden base is very scratched, it was not visible in the photo. I need to repair it. I have bought more goods from the seller. We always agreed.
