  Seller doesn't know how to package a sheet of watercolor. Mine arrived bent down the middle because of poor packaging method.

  Good to work with. Was packaged very well and shipped quickly. Item arrived as described and shown. Only negative was I thought the $65 shipping charge was high, whereas other similar pieces I've had shipped for free or less than half this price. It was shipped quickly but I was in no rush.
