The shipping carrier temporarily lost the package in transit, leading to a large delay in me receiving the item. The seller refunded me completely in the interim and insisted I keep the item, even though I was fully refunded. This seller was responsive, professional, and kind. I will definitely continue to give them my business! Highly recommend.
