  I had to use the laptop for a few weeks prior to writing a review about it.. I'm very impressed so far considering the fact it's a refurbished laptop. The shipping and delivery was fast. The laptop was well secured in a bubble kind of pouch for utmost protection. The value and description is as described in the listing.. I highly recommend IT Supply Guy!!!

  Picked up two of these units for my young daughters online schooling, They came professionally packaged, the correct size boxes for each laptop. Bubble wrapped sleeve, I knew that this seller was presenting a higher quality product! Laptops arrived as described, very clean, and the screens are perfect. A couple of dings but that was a possibility per the description. Fair pricing and the submit offer was also fair. Definitely coming back to shop for a replacement unit for my wife's macbook

  This is a great seller to purchase from. The first unit sent to me had a hardware problem so seller sent me a return label and actually sent another unit before they possibly could have gotten the original one back. The second unit is perfect. Hardware and software as promised and everything works great. It's like a brand new computer. Seller communication was fast and great in every way. I would definitely buy from IT Supply Guy again!

  Excellent customer service. Package arrives well on time. Laptop received as described. However, the webcam is cracked which was not specified. Value for money. I'm giving a rating of 4/5.
