    Received the item in short order, but was not exactly as advertised (different club shaft from what was presented online). Vendor apologized, agreed to accept return, but also offered a partial refund if I accepted the item as-is. I took her refund-offer, and was more than satisfied with her response and effort to make-good on what was clearly an error in the description of the article.

    The bag was reported as "Used"; however, when I received it, it was in excellent condition! There were a few minor marks, but I was able to brush them off with soap and water. The seller was quick to ship the product, and she packed it in several layers which I appreciate. I would definitely make a purchase from this seller again. Thank you!
