  Received the item in short order, but was not exactly as advertised (different club shaft from what was presented online). Vendor apologized, agreed to accept return, but also offered a partial refund if I accepted the item as-is. I took her refund-offer, and was more than satisfied with her response and effort to make-good on what was clearly an error in the description of the article.
