I did not realize at the time that I was ordering from a Japanese company which is half way around the world from me. Even though the speakers did take a month to arrive, I have to say that the service and value was very good. There is no tracking until a US carrier recieves the goods so that can be a little stressful but all in all they did a very good job considering the distance they had to cover

I asked for it to be shipped by Japan Mail to Canada and they sent it Fedex so I got charged $56.00 duty so am giving them a lower rating for not doing as we had agreed upon. Besides that, it was good. At least it was well packaged and seems to be working properly.
