  First item was defective.They said they would send a replacement. Stalled and used lame excuse after I reported I had not received the replacement. Stalled until the return window was closed after I received a broken replacement item that was sent in stamped 1st class envelope. Then had the nerve to ask what happened! Had to contact and get my refund from ebay after this terrible transaction. Check their feedback before buying and draw your own conclusions.

  I’m sorry you feel that way, but this is an unfair and misleading review. You received not one, but two refills—one original and one replacement, sent at no extra cost. I shipped promptly and communicated throughout. After your complaint, I even followed up to ask what happened. eBay still issued you a full refund. I made every effort to resolve the issue, but the buyer still scam me out a extra pen and refund from Ebay. I made every effort to resolve the issue, yet this buyer still wants more.
