    Prompt despatch/delivery. Despite being described as "new", the battered box it came in had an "UNTESTED RETURN" label stuck on it ... so calling it just "new" isn't enough. My question to the seller about its stand wasn't really answered in full, ... I'll have to live with the problem.

    The product arrived within a day of my order in perfect condition, which was great. Unfortunately, due to my arthritis, I had to return it. The seller was very considerate and accepted the return immediately with no quibbling. Great communication. I would highly recommend this seller and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
