    Seller is personable and promptly responds to messages, questions or concerns. Shipping carriers leave a lot to be desired these days which slowed things down, but the seller had shipped immediately and was on point. Overall a very smooth transaction with excellent customer service. THANK YOU!

    Quick shipping, but couldn’t use it bc I got the wrong size battery for my mower 😩 had to turn around a resell it. No fault of the seller! Was as described when I received it! Good looking battery and packaging!

    Missing parts that were mentioned in the description with poor pictures. Seller gave brief incorrect statements. Sellers first response was it was for parts only. There was no mention in the listing about parts only. Second message said "you got a great deal if you don't want it send it back thank you." I already paid $15 in shipping and the seller doesn't pay return shipping so I would have been out $30 with nothing to show for it. Instead, I bought enough after market parts to make it safe.
