  Mr Posner is great. So, I had won an auction of a coin, and I IMMEDIATELY requested the order be canceled before he shipped it. However, he missed my message and shipped it anyhow. I had to pay ~$12.75 for FedEx return shipping (it was the only return option available), and he reimbursed me for the shipping! Excellent customer service. And great coins! Will def be doing more business with him in the future.

  What a long, strange trip. Expecting a nice 1884 CC MS-62 Morgan, I opened the package and found a CC MS-65 Morgan. A much more expensive coin than I had paid for. I contacted the seller, returned the coin, and waited for my coin to be found. Weeks later the correct coin arrived. Yes, a seller mistake but they did everything right to correct it. Good communication throughout and a modest refund to help me wash away my sorrows. No one is perfect. Great coin. Happy repeat customer. All good.

  Great value for such a beautiful coin. Shipping was extremely fast. Packaging was about the best it could be. Boxed boxed and bubble wrap. Item is exactly as described and is a sister coin to another of this sellers auctions. Two purchases from the same seller is unusual for me, but this great seller will get many more sales from me.
