  Got a stone with multiple cutting mistakes on it. The seller instantly wrote back and tried to fix the problem. He really cares for having happy customers and maintain trust.

  Please note that the stone and certificate that is supplied by this seller is fake. They advertise at Natural Tanzanite and the certificate you receive with the stone also says Natural Tanzanite but it is all fake. When i asked the seller this was their reply "This is not 100% real tanzanite, This is heated treated stone" but this is not what they say in their add. They are not to be trusted. Will report this to ebay and every where i can.

  this is natural heated stone. I told buyer. If he wants real stone. I have but they are costly. how is possible in $5 . I told buyer, If this is not natural heated stone. I will refund his full refund. But he didn't reply. So my request all buyer. If you purchase any stone. If you have any issue. Please wait for my reply.
