    I'm not entirely happy about this entire experience to be honest. Had bad communication with seller. But.....when I basically told him off, he went above and beyond and filed a missing mail request. Tracking hasn't updated in almost a week. As soon as his request was processed, it showed up on my front porch. No seller has ever gone that far to make sure I was okay. So that's why it went from Neutral to Positive. Product arrived in perfect condition. Very happy to have.

    Item arrived and is as described. Thanks. One caution, though, the tube was a little kinked from shipping and one plastic cap at one end had popped off and was lost. Taping the cap to the tube would ensure better safety.
