The product was as advertised, bring in new condition. There was an issue with shipping due to current events (outside anyone’s control), though this was quickly resolved by the seller who quickly responded to my concerns. Seller went above and beyond to assist and I’d highly recommend them. Packaging was great with no scratches or dents.

The item arrived in better condition than described, looking brand new and untouched. Item works perfectly, immediately connecting to my phone. All of the original accessories that come with the item were included. The packaging for the product was almost entirely untouched, with no tears and minimal wear. Fantastic value - at around 50% off compared to a new product, and 10-20% cheaper than other ebay sellers, easy buy! Outstanding customer service. Highly recommended seller. Thank you kindly!

The CD Player is exactly as pictured and works great! Packaging looked a little sketch lol but the layers of plastic wrap ensured it arrived undamaged. Great price. Would do business again!
