  At first I got a controller as described but when I plugged it in, it did not work. The seller sent me an entire new controller in the same color as the one I just bought free of charge and did not expect me to mail the broken controller back in the mail. Top service. I wish all eBay sellers were as good as this one. 👍

  I have yet to use it but it came in ahead of scheduled delivery and was packed with bubble wrap! It was exactly as described since it was the actual item in the photo. When I opened it, the controller looked brand new! So clean. So as long as it works I’d say it’s great value.
