When I became frustrated by these requests and just wanted to return the item I didn't order for a refund, it was explained that I would be responsible for paying for shipping back overseas. To be clear, it's expected that I pay for their mistake. There are plenty of other people selling Lego light kits. Avoid this seller like the plague.
