  The miniature was very well packaged, with every part included in the package, including a small, easily missed element. The base was also included, which was excellent. Instructions are not included, but you can find them online easily (try reddit r/WarhammerInstructions). The only problem with the experience was that the package arrived significantly later than initially described. Initial arrival time was estimated to be Nov. 15-20th, package arrived Nov. 25.

  When I ordered a number of singles from a Warhammer lot, a couple of pieces were missing. But after contacting the seller, they sent the missing pieces quickly and everything is whole. Mistakes happen and all we can ask is good customer service in those instances, and my experience was overall a positive one. I would definitely consider buying from them again.

  A bit of a complicated positive review. I received the wrong item. It was similar to what I ordered, so I could how a mistake could occur. The positives: the item shipped quickly, was well packaged, and the return was a painless experience. While it was an unfortunate occurrence, mistakes can happen and the situation resolved smoothly. Still would consider the seller in the future.
