  Terrible communication. They take pictures far away so you do not see the extent of the damage and then hides the damage info in the description section. I was going to pay the extra money to be sent a better laptop before they shipped but they never responded. Shipping and packaging was fine but they need better communication. Mine also has has bright spots on the screen which could indicate a cracked backlight which was not put in the damage section. Battery is at 96% cal which is good.

  This item was sold in auction and everything was stated in the description such as that screen has spots. You can see the white spots from the front first picture. You can't expect to get a cheap laptop and not read the description and have it work like an excellent refurbished laptop. Please ask questions before bidding and if our team is delay in responding do not bid please until you are not satisfied. We apologize you are not happy but everything was stated in the description with pictures.

  I received both servers in good condition and with a bonus Intel X710 card and a better processor than listed. Packaging was only barely sufficient and should be reconsidered.
