  My item was still sealed in its box with the original plastic wrapper. It arrived on time, and there were no hitches in the shipment or delivery. It looks and operates perfectly. The seller went to great lengths to package it carefully. I think it was priced quite fairly, too. All in all, I would absolutely buy from this seller again.

  Excellent customer service. Extremely fast delivery to the UK - tracked inside a couple of days! An order was lost in the mail but seller took the time to keep in excellent communication with me and committed to finding an out of production model of pen to provide as a replacement - which took time and effort well above what others would do (also offered refund). Very well packaged. Item as described. Great value. Excellent pictures sent at every stage of delivery process. Buy with confidence

  As described, very nice Japan domestic market only version of the tough solar G-shock 5610, my last G-shock has lasted 38 years so I thought the extra few pounds for the unusual blue colour tint and face graphic was well worth it. Exceptional service and communication from the seller double checking I was happy with the order before dispatch. Delivered to me in the UK from Japan via fedex in three days. Tracking was available throughout. No issues, delays or fees for customs. Thank you!⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

  A+++++ - Citizen AR3014 delivered to UK - Excellent communication - very fast reply (even out of hours), good price, Arrived in good time via Fedex in perfect condition. I wouldn't normally buy a watch that I can't see first but these are only available in Japan, I was a little apprehensive. Fedex pays the duty (27% in my case) and tracking tells you to repay on line so there is no customs delay at all. Fedex don't fly direct! but it got here in perfect condition, I'm very happy. A+++++

  This item was listed at the best price that I could find on the Internet. Item was in perfect brand new condition exactly as described. The most amazing aspect of this purchase was that it arrived at my house from Japan in only two days via FedEx. Communication was perfect and very clear. If everyone conducted themselves like this, it would be a different planet.
