  "AVOID AT ALL COSTS" Ive been using ebay for more then 25 years and this is in fact the absolute worst seller by far. They simply never shipped the order and when attempting to chat they answered with statements not answering or related to my question asked. They even left me positive feedback for purchase "valued customer" "great buyer" I mean thats all well and good as I am but please AVOID THIS SELLER IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU. Refund of not they just has horrific business practices!!!!

  Grill looked great. Only problem was it was the wrong item that was sent to me. They told me if I would just hang onto it they would send me the correct item and make it right. However, it has been over a month and a half now almost And almost $300 gone because I never received what I originally ordered. I did not want to leave negative feedback on them, but they have stopped responding to my messages and I have yet to make it right.

  I Was missing gas cap cover from the package that they sent me. . and the door handle cover had 2 of the same part so I was missing a part as well for the door. I Contacted them and they did send me out a replacement for door handle cover. I was told that they did not have the gas cap cover in stock and would send me one out in about 2 weeks Several weeks have passed and now when I contact them they keep telling me they still don’t have one to send me.   I never received the item. Long story short, seller communication is bad. They marked item as SHIPPED, but don't ship to Hawaii. I had to wait for the shipping time to end and file a claim with ebay to get a refund. Took a month to get my money back for an item they should have communicated on day 1 seeing the shipping address. Please clearly mark the shipping on the front page of your items (or block shipping address) and COMMUNICATE issues to your buyers rather than making them wait for ebay.
