  Thank you to the seller for a good dispatch fast delivery only downside is there no instructions for the item had to go on YouTube to find out how to put it together.   Seller uses Yodel who are the worst courier for the Shirhowy valley, hence the item was delivered late. At least they delivered though, as usually they claim they’ve tried to deliver twice, then they ask us to pick up our parcel from their depot, which is at least 15 miles from us. On this occasion they stated, they had tried to deliver once, but we were in all day and our ring doorbell proves they never tried. The seller should consider using another service for the Welsh valleys.

  Great thing to have , my towels dry in no time at all and only costs pennies to run love it . It arrived quickly and very well packed, although a used product it is like new. Ten stars to seller for communication thankyou 👍

  Brand new, high quality ice packs for a reasonable price. Free postage as well, which was absolutely phenomenal as item arrived 24 hours after ordering, I could not believe it! Fantastic service thank you.
