    This was a magnificent experience. I received exactly what I wanted an a reasonable price! The seller was very responsive and tentative assisting me in selecting the product that was right for me. They were very patient even through my indecisiveness! Lol. They shipped the product VERY quickly and even though it's 40 lbs. It arrived it 2 days! And even more beautiful than I expected. 10 STAR SELLER!! GREAT QUALITY. SUPERB CONDITION. Very carefully and professionally packaged!

    Item I received was as advertised. The shipment's packaging was good. Would do further business with this seller no problem! USPS handling was a mess. USPS sent shipment on a trip of approx 4838 driving miles. The approx driving miles are 1253 between Lake Worth, Fl and my address. Difference of 3585 driving miles. Took 6 days vs. 3 days. Driving miles were determined using USPS tracking info and internet web sites used to calculate distances between two destination points in the US .

    Fast shipping and very good packaging, although the USPS crushed the box, there was no damage to the crystal. The crystal is in excellent condition, a bit rough, but still beautiful. Recommended seller!!! Thank you!!!
