  The seller is a very good communicator. He really seems to respect his customer and was quick to respond to my questions regarding my order. The bracelet I received is very pretty and sturdy while still looking delicate and feminine! I will definitely shop here again!

  Item arrived and was very small more like a size 7 than a 9 was not like the colour on the picture, return postage to China cost me half of what I brought the item for and I got got no return on my postage costs, not a good experience, however seller did communicate and refund

  Seems item had shipment issues from the original origin of country. Contacted seller and waited patiently for a full resolution. Seller graciously offered a full refund, making the process a smooth one. Therefore, I would give the seller an A+ rating!👍🏻
