  The quality of the item was excellent, however it did differ from the one advertised and sadly this made it less than desired. That said communications, service and delivery are all excellent. They didn't have the advertised screen protector but did supply one that for most people would have been acceptable. Unfortunately due to the change it cracked when applied due to the case, whereas the one advertised wouldn't have. They resolved the issue and apologised for the misunderstanding.
