  Item is not as described/listed. Refund doesn't include shipping, and the seller won't pay for the return shipping either, leaving me either out of pocket of about 50$ by accepting a refund, or out of pocket of 50$ if I keep the useless part. Losing money either way without a working part feels like a scam, and the seller won't communicate, only says to ask Ebay to solve it. Extremely disappointing, would not recommend.
