    Although I didn't end up ordering the parts I needed this seller really impressed me with his honestly and communication . I'm located in the USA and the parts I needed added up to only a few bucks and he made sure to tell me about E Bays international shipping and how it could end up costing me a lot more in the end . I was extremely impressed by his honestly and ended up cancelling because of this . The parts he offers are difficult if not impossible to find elsewhere . A real class seller

    Ordering was simple. The well packaged part arrived on time, and I had my reel fixed within 20 minutes of receiving it. Much cheaper than the same part offered by another dealer, and a much cheaper post and packaging charge. Very satisfied.

    Although advertised as being for 4000 RB / FB it also fits the 4000FA - which is what I purchased it for. Spool in excellent condition, well packaged and arrived promptly. Will use seller again as the need arises, very happy customer.

    Unfortunately my parcel was stolen from the outside my door, however the seller is very professional and helpful. He straight away send me the refund and able to help me with a new purchase and offered secure delivery system.

    There was a problem with delivery (EVri) Raised issue with seller who promptly contacted me and offered me a number of solutions. As I was desperate for the item I said I would wait to see if they got delivered. Seller raised an incident with EVri and contacted me to advise what was happening and the item was delivered today I would definitely recommend the seller but not EVri!
